Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses to achieve financial targets.
- Engage with guests to build relationships and gather feedback, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices to keep our restaurant at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-end restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and wine, particularly with steak and premium produce.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff and guests alike.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business results and manage financial performance.
