The Randall Wine Group has significant vineyard holdings across most growing regions in South Australia. The largest producer of luxury bulk wine, we are also famous for our wine brands, Penny’s Hill Wines in McLaren Vale, Gemtree Wines in McLaren Vale and Seppeltsfield Wines in the Barossa.
Seppeltsfield was established in 1851 in the Barossa Valley by Joseph and Johanna Seppelt, just 15 years after the European settlement of South Australia. Steeped in rich Barossan heritage, the Estate is considered a true national treasure which helped shape the history of the Australian wine industry.

We are recruiting for additional permanent part time and casual staff based at our Award winning cellar door.
Our Wine Sales, Hospitality and Events team provide a fine wine experience to guests at our cellar door. The team are ambassadors for our brand, through delivering an outstanding level of service and sharing wine knowledge.
The purpose of the role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve wine sales through delivering a high standard of service and wine education.
Key tasks Include:-
- Hosting wine tastings, private experiences and estate tours
- Providing professional and friendly service to customers
- Sharing product and brand information to guests
- Maintaining the presentation of the cellar door
- Contribute to the achievement of sales revenue targets
- Support the delivery of events on site as required
We are looking for the very best people who have enthusiasm and flair, coupled with a positive and vibrant approach. Excellent communication skills and good wine knowledge (or a willingness to learn) is a must. Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential.
A range of shifts will be available to suit the right candidates, across a 7 day roster. Permanent part-time and casual positions available.
