Established in 1974 and nestled in the heart of Tasmanian wine country, Pipers Brook Vineyard is recognised as one of the pioneering vineyards of the Tasmanian wine industry.  We are a family owned, award winning company, known for producing exceptional cool climate wines under labels that include Pipers Brook Estate, Ninth Island, Kreglinger and Pipers Tasmania. 

We are seeking a passionate and commercially savvy National Sales Manager to join our small but high performing team.   Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, this role represents a fantastic opportunity for someone to leverage their sales expertise to shape the future of our renowned winery.

Reporting directly to the CEO, responsibilities will include;

• Relationship building with targeted on and off premise trade customers and key accounts to drive sales revenue, achieve new listings and secure new customers.
• Execution of brand ambassadorial activities 
• Development and implementation of innovative and strategic sales strategies to drive market share growth.
• Working within budgets, deadlines and KPIs.
• Visiting our winery in Tasmania from time to time to maintain strong relationships with the broader team including hosting guests at the winery on occasion.

About you:

• At least 5 years wine industry experience along with strong, existing customer relationships.
• A proven track record of consistent performance in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• The ability to work autonomously, unsupervised and with flexibility for interstate travel.
• Advanced business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
