Golding Wines is a progressive and dynamic family-owned, Award-Winning wine producer in Lobethal, high in the picturesque Adelaide Hills of South Australia. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to join a specialist and dynamic sales team representing a premium Adelaide Hills producer.
About the role
This position will report to the Wine Brand Relationships Manager and is a key position within the sales team for Golding Wines in South Australia. The successful candidate will be a customer service contact for both our on-premise and off-premise customers in SA. You will be responsible for driving sales, distribution, and sales growth within your designated territory. You will be responsible for promoting the Golding Wines brand in a professional manner consistent with the values of the organisation and the overall image of Golding Wines.
Professional Attributes, Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will be someone with relevant experience in sales/wine/hospitality. You will have a passion for developing and implementing sales action plans, seek opportunities to build sales and brand awareness and maintain positive brand and product exposure. An ability to create and maintain positive relationships with our trade customers is key.
Skill/Experience Requirements:
- Customer Service - demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to create first-class customer relationships.
- Existing contacts and account management in the hospitality and retail liquor industries (primarily in the CBD area)
- Organisational Skills - proven time management skills to plan and prioritise for success with high attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent wine knowledge
- Problem Solving - take a solution-focused approach to problems.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular hours to attend events or run tastings.
- Experience using CRM is an advantage.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
