Bartender (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Position Overview: We are seeking talented and experienced Bartenders and Supervisors to join our mobile bar team. This role involves traveling to various event locations, setting up and operating our mobile bars, and providing top-notch beverage service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up of the mobile bar at event locations.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area during events.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies, including restocking as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service.
• Assist with event logistics and coordination as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a bar, restaurant, or event setting.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a team.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various event locations. (Majority of event locations are within an hour from Geelong with paid travel)
• Must hold valid RSA and drivers license.
