Job Description

Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET Levels 1 to 4) offered as part of employment.
Great Pay: 40-45 hours / week, including all leave, loading, penalty and overtime rates.

Provenance and sustainability are important to us and both are integral in our kitchen that is governed by a truly seasonal menu that changes weekly. This philosophy also carries over to our wine list that leans into lofi and minimal intervention practices, offering a comprehensive range of low interference wine.
