For four generations and over fifty-five years, we have kept tradition at heart, brewing to traditional recipes, using time-honored methods and the best quality ingredients. Guided by the rule, “if it’s worth brewing, it’s worth brewing well,” our Ginger Beer is still craft-brewed in the Australian town that shares its name to a traditional recipe, using locally sourced ginger.
The marketing team is a dynamic, fast-paced team that has taken the Bundaberg Brewed Drinks brand to the global stage. The team is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and innovative Brand Manager, located at our office in Brisbane (Coorparoo). Your responsibilities will include planning, developing, and managing communications and product initiatives while working closely with agencies and key stakeholders to bring the Bundaberg story to life. This is a fantastic opportunity for the ideal candidate to work for a high-profile, global brand in FMCG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement the Marketing Plan.
- Support brand strategy, including content creation, collaborations, licensing, and in-house design management.
- Project manage campaigns, launches, and promotions in collaboration with agencies and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Innovation, Strategy, and Supply Chain) on key projects, initiatives, and promotions.
This rare role is based in our Coorparoo Sales and Marketing office in Brisbane. It involves regular visits to our origins in Bundaberg and other domestic and international travel.
Your alignment with our culture is crucial to our success. Your ability to work within an intimate small team/family environment, making contributions outside your core responsibilities, will drive your success. With 5+ years of creative marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and agency experience, you are passionate about building our brand’s value through increased consumer engagement. Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred. You are driven, self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive, ready to take the next step in your marketing career.
