Your talents will include:
We are looking for a passionate and career-focused hospitality expert, with previous experience as a Duty Manager/Supervisor and exposure to working in busy hospitality or hotel driven environment. You will naturally demonstrate the ability to appraise, monitor, and evaluate the functions, systems and the effectiveness of the bar and restaurant operations, implement new ideas, adhere to policies and procedures in line with Hotel objectives and philosophies all with the inherent desire to provide our guests and customers with the best level of service.
- You will have a natural creative flair with strong organisational skills
- Some experience of leading small teams of staff and inspiring their days with ideas, structure and creative planning
- Rostering, identifying trends, working across recruitment and ensuring exceptional operating standards are very much part of the job
- Your experience will be relevant across the hospitality service industry
