Bang Bang Byron Bay is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Bar Manager. This experience could be in the form of other management and leadership positions, yet a candidate that is equipped and ready to take the next step up.

This expanding yet personable group offers competitive remuneration packages which can include KPI bonuses and potentially profit share.

Our expanding group has venues stretching from Noosa, through Brisbane, Byron Bay, East Ballina and Coffs Harbour.

As a Bar Manager candidate you will:

• have leadership experience 
• have a passion for all things cocktails, spirits, wines and beers
• Incorporate good organisation and planning, whilst working alongside and enabling other leaders and staff to work efficiently and cohesively.
• an eye for detail
• initiate training and mentoring for staff to encourage and facilitate development for all the team 

The successful candidates will be:

• have the ability to work under pressure
• able to create a positive and proactive work environment
• have strong communication and organisational skills
• have a 'can do' attitude

Wage negotiable for the right applicants and based on experience.
