The Mona Cellar door team is looking to bring in an enthusiastic casual Cellar Door Attendant to complement our existing team. Located at both of our Cellar Doors, on-site at Mona and at Domaine A, this role will be varied in hours and days and will require someone flexible (although shifts are most likely to be over our operational days of Thursday - Monday, and there are no nights required!) The role is focused on customer service, engaging with customers, and providing our guests with amazing experiences as well as assisting our delivery and warehouse team.

The Gig:

• Provide outstanding service to customers
• Educate and provide recommendations to guests on Moorilla and Domaine A products
• Assist in wine tastings for diverse groups and visitors
• Process wine sales through our different POS systems.
• Undertake general cleaning and stock control duties
• Understanding and respect for safe work practices
• Other general administrative and service duties
• Assisting the warehouse team with packing and deliveries

The You:

• Experience in a similar role with a keen interest in wine, or significant hospitality experience and transferable skills
• Previous experience in a restaurant and understanding of service operations is a benefit
• Professionally presented, with highly developed interpersonal skills and delivers a high standard of customer service
• A confident wine lover, who is still interested in learning and building their wine knowledge
• Clear interest and understanding of the Moorilla, Domaine A and wider Mona operations
• Must hold a valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• WSET 2 (or higher) certification is preferred
• Availability and flexibility with working hours and times (availability for Saturday and Sunday is required)
