The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead our market expansion and strengthen AUS Beverage's position as a leader in the industry. This is your chance to drive innovative strategies, lead a talented team, and grow alongside a company committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to achieve sustained growth.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our Asia-Pacific footprint.
  • Lead and inspire the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners.
  • Oversee product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional activities across diverse markets.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to the executive team. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a sales and marketing leadership role, preferably in the beverage, wine, or FMCG industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to delivering growth and ROI.
  • Strong analytical abilities and market research expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field are advantageous.
