Job Description
Fuse Wine Services is one of Australia’s largest wine industry service providers, responsible for sourcing, packing and shipping >400,000 cases annually for an international and domestic client base. We are searching for a highly motived and experienced Production & Administration Coordinator to join our team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support our Production & Winemaking teams by performing a range of functions including, but not limited to:
• Scheduling and coordination of wine production
• Procurement of production inputs – Wine, Glass, Screwcaps, Corks, Cartons & Labels, etc.
• Managing the logistics, transport and compliance of bulk and packaged wine, including DtC, D2B and Export orders
• Assisting with the management of inventory levels for dry and finished goods
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• General administration duties
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
• A love of wine!
• A thorough understanding of the core elements of wine production and bottling specifications
• Sound knowledge of Wine Australia’s Compliance Guide, including the Label Integrity Program (LIP), blending rules and export market compliance
• Outstanding time management and clear written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work well both autonomously and within a team
• Excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience with EzyWine is beneficial, but not essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our office and winery in McLaren Vale.
