- Develop and execute a seasonal menu.
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure quality across outlets.
- Lead and inspire a team of 10 chefs.
- Collaborate for unique food and wine pairings.
- Manage food and labor costs.
- Source high-quality, local ingredients.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
About You:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, would consider an experienced head chef looking to step up.
- Passion for modern culinary techniques and local ingredients.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Creative with a keen eye for detail.
- Must be willing to relocate to the Hunter Valley.
