Set on the ground floor of Oxford House is Busby’s – our brunch spot by Day and Moody Vinyl Bar by night. Boasting a stellar wine list, Busby’s menu is made for sharing and showcases trendy European inspired plates. Busby’s is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
The opportunity has become available for an experienced Head Chef to oversee the Food offerings across Busby’s, In Room Dining & The Pool Club.
The Role
We are on the hunt for experienced Cocktail Slingers to join our incredible team.
As Bartender, you will work with our beverage team to prepare and curate exceptional cocktails for our patrons! Hospitality will be in your DNA and you will love the training, the excitement and the fun culture you will receive each and every shift at Oxford House.
Having worked in some of Sydney's best restaurants and bars, you will hit the ground running. Whether you are an experienced cocktail master or looking for a foot in the door to a career in hospitality, we want to hear from you!
