Gibsons Noosa is considered an iconic place to shop and meet in Noosa. Our contemporary retail shop integrates comfortably with our busy licensed café where we specialise in fresh house-made breakfasts, lunches, and morning & afternoon tea, as well as gourmet coffee, teas, and boutique wines and beers.

We are looking for a Head Chef with experience in short-order cafe cooking and preparation to join the team.  

Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Experience cooking in a cafe or breakfast restaurant.
  • Maintain a clean & hygienic work environment to food safety standards
  • Performing food preparation tasks
  • Development and maintenance of a contemporary menu

The successful applicant must be able to work fast and within a team. They must have short-order cooking experience.
