We are now recruiting an experienced Section Waiter
The Role:
- Working in a professional team
- Managing a big section autonomously
- Selling wines
- Promoting French dining culture

- Exceptional organisational skills
- Eye for details in all aspect of service
- Ability to follow detailed instruction and direction
- High level of resilience, strong work ethic, autonomous and open to feedback

You Must Have / Be Able:
- At least 2 years practical service experience as a senior section waiter or higher role in a reputable European restaurant.
- Valid Australian working rights (Sponsorships will not be considered)
- Immediate start
- Well groomed with strong communication skills
- Passionate about wine, food and hospitality
