Job Description:
We need a great leader to help us run our Fremantle location, including training staff, receiving stock, and preparing for service. You will be the heart beat of our team, and ideally you will have prior experience in management within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run the day-to-day kitchen and front operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and the food remains top quality.
- Ensure customers receive an excellent service experience that is welcoming, inclusive, friendly, prompt and professional.
- Coach, inspire, and lead the crew, fostering a culture of passion and excellence.
- Uphold strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout our operations.
- Keep tabs on stock levels and manage supply orders as required.
- Handle the rostering to ensure optimal staff coverage without overstaffing.
- Collaborate with the team to whip up new menu items and enticing specials.
- Address customer feedback with professionalism and a smile, always aiming for satisfaction.
