The Role:
In the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager you will ensure the smooth daily operations of the store, help to recruit and train the team to be successful, work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed.
Skills and Attributes :
* Experience in a management or leadership role
* Ability to run shifts and train staff effectively
* A keen eye for detail with a proactive and professional approach
* Strong leadership skills - lead by example
* Excellent communication skills - fun, outgoing, and energetic
