Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee bar operations, ensuring efficient service and a vibrant atmosphere.
- Maintain inventory, manage stock levels, and implement cost control measures.
- Engage with guests, providing expert recommendations and creating a welcoming ambiance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft beer trends.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage a fast-paced bar.
- RSA
- Available to workdays / nights / weekends, rotating roster
