An opportunity exists for a responsible and committed Bar Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic team at The Crazy Horse Revue.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience in leadership roles and hospitality who wants to take the next step in their career.

With over 40+ years of history to maintain, the successful applicant must be able to deliver exceptional customer service and instruct and manage staff to achieve results.

The key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Venue Manager to exceed targets and optimising revenue growth 
• Effectively order stock and control the bar costs in accordance with budgets
• Maintain consistent training and manage bar and floor attendants
• Ensuring company rules and regulations are complied with
• Ensuring quality and consistent beverages with prompt service
• Establish customer relationships through the club rapport with regular customers by becoming familiar with their particular needs, expectations and requirements
• Exceed and surpass customer service expectations to ensure repeat business

The ideal candidate:

• Will need to be flexible and able to work late shifts, especially weekends.
• Must have leadership skills, be self-motivated and should be able to work under minimal supervision.
• Must possess initiative and the ability to be resilient in high pressure situations.
